I am using i780 german version since 2008.
Due to difficulty of using german wm 6.0, I have installed cooking version of WM 6.1.
But it has stability problem. Time to time I have to reset my stoned phone.
My final trial was wm 6.5 - 21725. but it has two problem. Screen blur around mouse pointer and phone mode does not turn on!!
So I got to know Samsung has released official wm 6.1. but European version does not work for me due to different software version.
Just for trail, I have downloaded Indian version and tried to install. FORTUNATELY it works!!.
Now my phone has official Indian WM6.1 version. Definitely there is no problem to use in Germany.
Just try out.
I cannot guarantee whether it works on your phone or not. But who knows?
